Bovine Slaughter
Slaughtering is carried out following a Standardized Operational Process that emphasizes sanitary aspects and under the HACCP System prevents contamination of the final product.
The line with a capacity of 80 cattle per hour allows us to take the carcass to refrigeration in 15 minutes. We slaughter 200,000 cattle per year and we are the first and the largest processor and marketer of beef in Colombia.
