Bovine Slaughter

Slaughter is carried out following a Standardized Operating Process that emphasizes sanitary aspects and under the HACCP System contamination of the final product is prevented.

The line with capacity for 80 cattle per hour allows the carcass to be refrigerated in 15 minutes, we slaughter 200,000 cattle per year and we are the first and the largest processor and marketer of beef in Colombia.
